Chainsaw Man has grossed $38M and surpassed Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero as the #5 highest-grossing anime film ever at the US box office!

Due to its unusually powerful legs, it is now projected to earn up to $50M at the US box office, surpassing Demon Slayer Mugen Train and making it the 3rd most successful anime movie of all time in America, only trailing the first Pokémon movie and Demon Slayer Infinity Castle!

The movie has also earned a total of 158M so far and is about to surpass Detective Conan: One-eyed Flashback ($162M), granting Chainsaw Man the title of the 2nd-highest-grossing Japanese movie of 2025!
