You can sense & feel the evil. At best in a soft wisp I finally said His name "Jesus Christ" and the sleep paralysis ended. I've had other sleep paralysis and succubus events over the years and evil is banished completely EVERY TIME I say "Jesus Christ". Evil flees in terror.

I have no sleep paralysis issues but more succubus attacks because I practice semen retention and it attracts all kinds of entities but I simply pray often for protection and its graciously provided.
