Wow that's awesome and thanks alot for finding his pixiv! Unfortunately he only released the book with the Maken-Ki illustration physically at COMIC16 and C81. The books name is それゆけアニメ原画Ver.11 and his circle name is スタジオパラダイスX or Studio Paradise X.
Looking through his pixiv and other sites, he also worked on Haganai, Shinmai Testament and Ikkitousen to name a few and he released books with illustrations of those too.
Anyway I looked through a bunch of jap stores for the book with the illustration. Mandarake had ver.13 in stock but that one doesnt have the illustration.. I would've bought the physical book if it was available for order somewhere online.
The artist seems to be sitting on alot of official stuff so its too bad he never released more of them.
