I never understood why mass shooters hardly ever target and shoot up their bullies.
they almost always shoot up innocent people.

like if a kid god bullied constantly in his entire school life and got revenge by mowing down every bully at his school, i could completely understand why and sympathize with the kid.
but shooting up a granny or a 5 year old kid or even a janitor? what?
