>I was Dhammazeti, Hart Glass, and peniso, all three
If this were true, you would have dunked on all of us when you were crowned for your “trifecta,” not wait until the cool-down thread to reveal it so tepidly.
And without even using their tripcodes to confirm this? Yeah, sure, we’ll just take your word for it.
>and more.
Unfortunately, the world we live in degrades authenticity, but it doesn’t degrade it on both sides—the AI “author” may be creatively bankrupt, but the unbeknown AI-reader will never be, so long as they engage with the material (wherever it comes from, and nobody can ever really know for sure) in a deeply human way.
The sin of creating AI slop corrodes the soul of the person who makes it, but the soul of the truly diligent reader is incorrigible, if they’re always thinking critically.
I’m saying that you may seem like you’re having fun by burning the forest down on us, but that it’s really just you who’s caught flames.
I understand there are others out there who don’t put a lot of weight on their own ability to write and create, and I can still respect them, but those things are my identity, and I would rather be dead than willingly delegate my identity away to some tool which I don’t even understand (when I barely understand myself sometimes).
According to your precious AI judge, my piece would have been tied for first place—if you really put stock in what machines think, then know it’s a fan of something written authentically.
