Mario Party, Drag X Drive, Welcome Tour, Mario Paint, Game Builder Garage, Prime 4, DK Bananza, and Mario Galaxy 1+2 are all first party games that use one or more of those features. I’d be willing to bet that games like Fire Emblem will too (mouse controls are a shoe in with strategy games).

There are lots of third party games too (Cyberpunk, that weird campfire game, Dear Me I Was, etc.)
