"Yachiru-san Grows When Praised"

New manga starting where the main female is a Hasshaku-sama living in the human world. But because the image of that yokai/urban legend has become more "sexy" then scary, she's lost her power and become normal tall. When she/hasshaku is praised, she grows back to hasshaku sized. She meets a guy who's 'jokes on you, I'm into that shit' and agrees to try and figure out how it works and get her 'back to normal' (big).
