There are a ton of adaptions and they are all good in their own ways. It will never live up the the book, but I am kinda partial in that respect because my grandpa read the story to me and his name was Isaac so I mentally always inserted grandpa with Isaac of York in the story.

The 1952 film adaptation is very good and has Elizabeth Taylor. She is so pretty so it is way easier to self insert as her playing Rebecca.
