May I make a recommendation dear sir? I do not like the idea of any of my fellow man working at that place. I would beg you to go to your local community college and sign up for geology classes. You'll spend your time looking at rocks, camping and hiking. Not joking, it's the greatest awesomest dream degree of all time. Spend time in the tutoring center for any chem or physics you don't know. After that get a job doing soil surveys for the state or construction companies or whatever. I spent last week at a site for 3 days, sunscreen on my face, big ass hat, sitting on a beach chair I bought last year for $30 at Wallmart drinking sports drinks and water and playing Azur Lane on my phone while a crew of 3 guys dug holes in the ground, took samples every hour, stuffed them in my pack then went home for the day. This week I've been sitting in a geology lab watching downloaded hentai on my phone while a machine counted the number of taps it took for clay to converge so I could write down the data on data sheets.
I am literally paid $30 an hour to play in the dirt and watch other people dig holes.
