In hindsight you should've provided the style mix, will probably influence how difficult it is. Or even the exact image in case there are other effects like weird lighting or whatever.

Anyway I took a random ginger 1girl(1), masked her like this(2) and added body_freckles tag, 0.4 denoise(3). More is overkill, they're just small dots. Face seemed insufficient so I rerolled it with higher tag emphasis(4). No freckles on the belly makes sense cause it gets the least sunlight normally, but hey I added some manually(5) and rolled a low 0.2 denoise over it(6).

Only issue is, cause they weren't all inpainted in one go they ended up different sizes.
