Daiyan or Yoohee are your only real choices, the rest either lean towards Elemental dmg, can do as good or better with standard golds, or aren't worth the effort.
Yoohee is probably the better option, the gun is almost the same as her own albeit without the support parts, and is pretty much her 2nd BIS. Daiyan may also like it, though she likes CritDmg so may prefer Planeta/her own gun.
