Hopefully you've got a Laerdal mask or a bag mask with an O2 tank and administer assisted vents at 10LPM. You check his pulse. Does he have a pulse? If not then you perform full CPR on him. This did not happen. He was foolishly bundled off and I suspect the entire thing was crisis actor theatrics. Why does that ridiculous dwarf chinaman cop draw his pistol to brandish it at bystanders?
