President Zelenskyy named five principles that the Allies agreed on ahead of the Trump–Putin meeting in Alaska:
▪ ceasefire;
▪ reliable security guarantees for Ukraine;
▪ Russia cannot have a veto over Ukraine's European and NATO prospects;
▪ sanctions against Russia must be in place, and they should be strengthened if Russia does not agree to a ceasefire in Alaska.
Regarding Ukraine's territorial integrity, Zelenskyy said: "Without Ukraine, it is impossible to decide this. And, by the way, everyone supports this."
