Kokomi is the worst written character in the entire game. Her civil war destabilized the country, let the fatui distribute delusions, ruined one of the islands, and accomplished basically nothing until Yae and Ayato stepped in. Almost everything that people blame Raiden for is actually Kokomi's fault and yet she gets portrayed as some genius girl boss strategist who keeps her nation independent and thriving. Makes me sick.
