> Syko Stu beans a Raja Jackson in the head with a beer can, then disrespects him, in an alley behind a show. He mistakenly believes that this was an impromptu work shoot.
Sycho Sid screwed up. He shouldn't have assumed everyone in the alley was part of the show. If Raja Jackson had laid him out then and there, this would've definitely been a case of self defense.
> Sycho Stu is educated that the guy wasn't a worker, and is immediately apologetic. He tries to make up with the guy he hit, who refuses twice. With the assistance and explanations from the other wrestlers there, Raja accepts that this was a mistake and shakes Stu's hand. Stu is sitting down, and clearly remorseful.
At this point, there's no longer any "heat of the moment". The situation is clear, everyone is on the same page.
> Several hours later, during a planned spot, Raja Jackson enters the ring, grabs Stu from behind, slams him into the mat, then proceeds to repeatedly punch him in the face while Stu is unconscious, reportedly breaking several bones in his face and knocking out most of his teeth. He only stops when he is dragged away.
Raja doesn't have any defense. This was a premediated assault, not a mistake or an accident. He can't blame his fans from egging him on from online. He can't blame anyone else for his actions. Anyone saying he's a victim is a moron.
He should go to jail for at least 5 years.
