It can be pretty bad to the point some people turn it off, or make it so you can't gift big amounts because you still have to pay the fees for the transactions which on big amounts is hundreds of dollars, i think some one did it to vei years ago and she talked about it briefly. Most people don't want to bring up the fact you can use chargebacks to fuck them out of money like that though
