Where do you guys find shorts / pants with a high enough rise? I measured my rise today to find out it is fucking 13.5 inches. I am struggling at thrift stores to find something high waisted enough.

Like look at this shit, the shorts are destroying my dick, and it's still inches below my waist. And yes I need to was my legs, my boyfriend is helping me this weekend.
