The reason the Skeptic community (2007-12) collapsed and the Christian takeover happened (2016-present) is because reality has become such a dystopia that denying God has become impossible. Now the world we live in resembles a mad max-tier nightmare like from the Book of Revelations. Not to mention increased access to education on the hard science (everything boils down to light/God and sound/the word, which is energy). You cannot prove me wrong. This is why Atheists idolize the past and want to go back to the 00s. This is coming from a former atheist.
