What if the evil lady who stole Bocchi's boobs in S1 gets mad about the heat she came under, and as revenge gives every character in the show absurdly large breasts in every scene? A "You want breasts? Fine, I'll give you breasts" thing.
She might even give them to male characters just to add even more layers to the trolling.
