Some supposedly flew from Ukrainian airspace, over that corner of Belarus where all three countries meet, and went into Poland. Most went directly from Ukrainian airspace. So far we've only seen dummy drones.
I can imagine Ukraine slowly stockpiling the decoy drones which don't explode, repair them, then send them over on one of Russia's daily attacks.

Here's one of the drones and it has duct tape repairs on it. Also there's no reason for Russia to deliberately do this.
