Hehe. I think Homura would arrive as backup if Ben doesn't finish the fight fast enough. I'd like to imagine they're simply trying to send each other back to their world depending on who crossed over because it's created a dangerous ripple effect in space-time that could have apocalyptic consequences. Or maybe they exist in the same universe and after a confused scuffle along with clearing things up they team up to take down a common enemy.
