It occurs prior to the Day of the LORD and immediately after the 5 months of darkness during the 3 and 1/2 year tribulation i.e. towards the latter end of the entire period
No man knoweth the day or hour because 1) there are no luminaries to keep a calandar during that period of 5 months
2) the only way you will know what day of the week it is will be the Lords Appointment of a double portion of manna for sabbath
3) Jesus Christ keeps the window of opportunity to repent and be converted and healed fully open to those willing to embrace His Covenant and Blood to become born again, obviously those marked by the beast are forfeit that opportunity from the get go of their acceptance of the mark
