You can get whatever buffs, but you should try to get 8 yellow ones with the same shape.
You need to manually select the routes with a red outline though because if you choose the ones that you can quick-battle then you'll just get shitty blue buffs 90% of the time.
But once you have a least 1 yellow buff of the correct shape, THEN you can just quick battle the rest because you can only bring over 1 buff to the legacy per run, so it's pointless to try and farm more than 1 per run.
Just immediately end the run at the 5A final boss and repeat.
