Depends on the treaty obviously. Their stated goals from the start was denatsification and protection of Russniggers in Ukraine etc. If they got Ukraine to sign themselves as being a buffer state and took some territories then it'd be a victory. Westoids would cope about it being a defeat because so many russniggers died. Basically in the end of this war if Ukraine isn't in an alliance with America then consider them defeated.
