To be fair, what else can they possibly even say? There is no denying it, it is humiliating, disgraceful, and indefensible. They are mind-broken, years of conditioning have formed them into a binary of team red/blue they cannot escape from. They have been taught to hate democrats (rightfully), but feel that any deviation from RNC-approved Fox News talking points means that they would become a democrat, so they latch on and dig themselves even deeper. They find themselves advocating for the things that literally two days prior they were condemning, all the while deluding themselves with slogans like "I voted for this", when they explicitly voted for the opposite, which is memorialized in all of their previous social media. It truly is a sad state to see another human being in, but they are too far gone to help.
