Killing (apparent) humans is not often homicide, but is often demonicide
and demonicide is not immoral, but is righteous, for God, or the Divine Force (or whatever the Divine Principle is in a particular religion), rejoices in the slaying of a demon in its human form, even while that demon's spirit lives on in hell after its fleshly form (as a human) is destroyed by a righteous person.
And fear not the law. First, you can argue you did a deminicide, not a homicide, and thus your action was not illegal and was indeed morally commendable and good.
