played with my dog and gave him the zoomies, first time in months he's done that. my mom does walk him and play with him but she won't wrestle with him which is what it takes to get him to zip around. i was worried he had gotten too old but he did it today, and i'm glad, it's the only time he sprints and it's very good for his health, he's built to run and he needs it. trade has recovered a lot but still down on it, need a bit more recovery to go positive, might not, but losses are much smaller now and won't ruin my week, just my day. account holding up rather well, down in line with the nasdaq, but i still think we heal and close on the highs today, still plenty of trade to go.
