Seconding that comparison is a huge thief joy. You should use it comparison for good and inspiration, see where you'd like to get better at and save lots of references from artists you wish you were as good as. Then reference lots and practice when you have time.
From one artist to another, I wouldn't stress too much over it if this is just a hobby to you. Improvement and finding your own style will come naturally with time. You're not in any rush.
If you're trying to make a living out of it, I get the anxiety over it. But the best advice truly is just to keep on practicing, reference lots, build whole folders over inspo for specific stuff, painting, linework, design, expressions, and don't be afraid to use it is all. Networking with other artists to share tips and tricks and get a bigger following is always a great idea too.
