I've done a lot of the same things - releases are either once a week or once every other week, month-long gaps, no isekai/prog/game stuff/superhero/etc. Chapter length started at 4.5k, then I cut it down to 4k, then 3.5k and it has stayed around that.
Out of 650 followers, my chapter views this year look like this. In two weeks, 20% of the followers have read a chapter, assuming no bots. There are 2-3 people commenting on chapters at this point.
