used to be really easy to get a job. but linkedin made it so companies can connect some super specialized qualified fit at a decent price because businesses can find and connect with those people.
there is innately a greater market competition. and recognizing the composition of the workforce hasn't changed, as you are saying basically don't compare yourself to tiktok etc. guess what. all women are going to be comparing you against that.
