I don't think either one is "evil", however they are intense numbers and they always appear at key times and in odd ways. There's a lot to be said about them. I described the "beast with two backs" interpretation of 616 in the other thread. It replaces the 12 around 1 structure you see with Christ, the cranial nerves, the zodiac, etc. 6 is the number of man and the first perfect number, ie it's an aliquot sum series terminator. It sums to 13 which is the third prime. I've heard Judas cast as a 13th apostle in the apocrypha of... John, I believe. But I don't really recall.
616 is also like Janus, or a split / double minded being. "The two which are dvided must become one." It's two beings sharing one origin, or body.
666 is the 36th triangular number. 36 is 6 squared. It sums to 18, the gematria of "chai" or "life". It further reduces to 9, the number of consciousness and base reality. If 6 is the number of man then it would be the multitudes, it would be the material world and all of Earth.
The orbital speed of Earth is said to be 66,616 mph. 666 and 616 merged with an overlapping 6. The moon is 2160 miles diameter. A cube's angles sum to 2160 degrees. 216 is 6 cubed, 6x6x6. Its radius would be 1080 miles. 18 again. The moon is said to be an average of 108 moon diameters from Earth. The sun is said to be an average of 108 sun diameters from Earth. 18 is 6+6+6. The Moon is the 18th tarot card. The sun is the 19th. There's some other stuff with the metonic cycle outputting 666 as well.
