Honestly I don't even know what they would give her, Okyuu is already amazing as she is with Octuple-Shot, the sheer power of that attack even without any attack bonuses is insane, on top of her permanently shredding both defensive stats of everything she so much as looks in the direction of. I imagine it's going to be something for flavor or a side-grade. But either way, because they always rerun girls to coincide with the festivals, this means that the anons who still lament for Octopussy shall have another chance. Maybe I'll get that heal-on-heal for her too.....?

As an aside, considering the pattern most of these festivals follow, I think I can hazard a guess as to who else might benefit this time as well. Perili's Summer Vacation was the first event I translated in full, and besides Perili, Okyuu, and Difnila, that event was also the first time Pelorus and Chifa showed up too. So maybe SS!Perili, Chifa and Pelorus will get a new EXII skill as well?

Yeah, she's still good, it's a good skill but she can work fine without it. Pastelo is also very helpful, but mostly for countering Poison and Petrification.
I do not own Titalea, but after looking her up, it turns out that she's actually the active Queen of the Dark Elves, and her powers are designed to synergize with them. in the interest of not going on for too longShe seems like she would be good, but only if you build a team that takes advantage of her specifically. Outside of Dark Shenanigins, she doesn't really do much to support others, so I'd still say Rin would be a better Hermit over her.
