The Nobody does not just sit there and do nothing at all, even though it seems that way to the observers and watchers.
He is just very passive and aloof.

Glowies everywhere panicking and terrified since he will, without warning shift to speaking directly to them in a 4th wall breaking way, casually contact ayylmaos with poignant questions, and take in in while understanding and GUESSING correctly extremely secret information from the absolute vaguest of hints.
And then right back to doing his basic, solitary life after that.

It really is very irritating to TPTB this man.
The mercurialness, unpredictability, and that nothing out of the ordinary occurs 99% of the time.
He is also rather mentally ill, so it is difficult to understand him much of the time.
