Just regular moderation. I've offered help. He needs to just find a happy medium. Instead of starving himself every day until he eats one overflowing bowl of everything his autistic brain thinks he needs.
He's mixing things that don't go together. Every brown/grey bowl of slop probably would have made two or three separate dishes, and by eating twice or thrice daily he won't be prone to pig-outs.

He's just going back and forth from one extreme to the other. And that's bad for his body; clearly. He's shared as much. We see the unsustainable fluctuations. We see the cheat days where double digit servings of cereal are consumed. Pizzas, sodas, ice cream. Like he's going for days on end barely satisfying himself with the barf bowls with the light at the end of the tunnel being complete abandonment of any control.

If I didn't know he was eating it all it would seem like a performance. It's so hardcore compared to what people do; probably why the thread gets so much traffic. We're watching a spectacle here and he's refusing to listen to reason.
