Just be yourself you all. Stop thinking too deeply about everyone else. The more you let someone who brags loudly get to you, the worse your life will be.

It's not just confidence. It's learning to be happy with your life. My uncle is alone, unmarried, and single, yet he does not have the same worries a lot of incels do. I think it'll help you out a lot if you put your pride aside, and just learn to accept being alone first before going into a relationship. It will be a good backup to fall on when shit hits the fan.

Being envious that someone is living your dream life will make you miserable. It is better to find peace with your current life.

Try not to let the dread of life get to you. Looking at all the times I've acted out of control, that all came from letting dread get to me.

Have any of you all been past the age of 20 like I am at 30. Got new clothes, got a haircut, listened to decent music, no tattoos, no piercings, and yet still, not be able to leave the edgelord emo phase you had when you were 13? That still emotionally and socially you are still annoyingly your teenage self after years of therapy and medication it still is there and you can't cure it?

Sometimes in life you have to accept that your happiness is not going to make other people happy.
