She appeared wherever she was needed in contrived and too-convenient ways, wasted a few extra minutes of pointless stock footage time that could've been used to make the battles more enjoyable, and her presence contributed to an already bad season being even worse when all anyone wanted was to watch more Nagisa x Honoka magic.
