Just joined a PF1e game, how integral is money to the game? My GM wants to make gold more valuable and rare and has only been awarding silver pieces to us so far. We just hit level 2 and we collectively have 60 silver each, which I thought was too low but the GM is adamant that he can lower the prices of items to match. I'm just curious if this will fuck up the balance of the game or not.
