It's not very clear. By the looks of it, she started DM'ing all the good stuff instead of posting directly to her Patreon wall, because there was a leak. According to one of her posts, the DMs are unique to each person so that leakers can be identified.
Maybe you could join the lowest tier and send her a DM, or contact her somewhere else and directly asking.
