Where did I say it has to be as good as the original? The problem is actually the opposite, that Naruto fanfiction is so bad that it makes the actual Naruto manga look like a master piece for all its flaws by comparison. Besides, the question was if I'd recommend any Nardo fanfics, and the answer to that is FUCK NO. I could recommend a long litany of books or manga in good conciense, but not that trash. In fact, there was a storytime a short while ago about Getter Robo. What a fucking series, read that instead of Naruto fanfiction.
