After weeks of toiling I've fully overhauled combat animations for all NPCs and their respective equipped weapon types, as well as pairing animations on a per-skill locked basis. Massive autism.
It's something that many people have asked for, for years, and the closest thing I've seen what just a mod that adds conditions to give factions specific movesets; whereas I've gone all-out with over 45 different movesets, from basic, slow mace swings from a level 6 Bandit, to expert, rapid greatsword strikes with special moves on a level 78 Daedric Markynaz.
The biggest problem now is collecting/renaming the 30%-35% of condition files that are still in DAR format, then packaging and collecting ALL the animations..... it works seamlessly on my end because well, it's my _own_ list and the files are all there but I'd like to share this to at least get some testers. I've done hours of testing on my end, and the balance seeeeeeems pretty good at least.
Obviously, I've also distributed custom moveset mash-ups to ALL unique bosses in VIGILANT and UNSLAAD, as well as a few others (no GLENMORIL or DACODA).
