Spee D. Reader-kun… only Vegapunk Stella, Shaka, and Pythagoras know about what was said in the broadcast, they intentionally isolated the rest and kept it that way when they realized that York was a traitor, they also wiped their memories after pre-recording the broadcast. All three of them are dead, or at least the original Vegapunk is dead.
Lilith was knocked out cold by Atlas, so York gets fooled into thinking Lilith is dead. It’s possible that the Stella clone might explain the meaning behind the D. clan, but we’ll see when we get there.
