You'll end up at 90 in the near(ish) future anyways, and farming equipment without the bonus is torture. Just be patient and farm the equipment in my opinion.
This is assuming you're stocking up on max-level equipment though, if you're farming lower level equipment you can just buy the vouchers from the permit shop.
