Remember that squatters DO have rights, and that most property owners will not have the financial means to hire a lawyer to get you removed. As long as you are not destroying the property and if you are being respectful, it is quite easy to squat while staying well within the law.

Rentseeking is evil, and anything you can do (e.g. squatting) to avoid participation is morally just.
