My girlfriend is doing a triathlon this weekend with me. Should we have sex the night before or wait until after the race? Or both? Her tri shorts are hard to peel off when they are wet, and my legs my feel a little week if it’s too soon before the race. Might help not to carry around an extra fl oz though.
