Imagine you just got out of a problem with someone, you try to do the best you can and solve everything, now imagine that several months go by, you feel empty, you feel useless, basically that problem was a before and after in your life, it killed all dreams and hope because of bad decisions you made.

My question is, what healthy habits should I start adopting to get out of this state? I learned to change and leave the shit I did before, yes, but now I genuinely haven't had much desire to interact, learn, or even do anything, but I want to feel alive again, and one of my biggest fears right now is losing the friends I once made if I continue like this.
