In America, tech wizards form the core of the digitalized financial system at the heart of American power. Silicon Valley and the Thiel system is vying to be our Praetorians.

While the Hindus are kind of like our Syrians: former slaves turned to rioters and deadbeats, our Foederati will be the Chinese. Not the CCP, but a millions person strong class that will overwhelm and absorb rich whites and Jews forming a Pacific center of power that will likely immigrate even more Chinese into the West Coast to buttress it against waves of hispanics and blacks.
