You know it's tough, logically I know that I won't lose much muscle mass during a fast especially with how much I train, but given the amount of time I've spent at the gym and how slow it is to build muscle fasting still scares the shit out of me.
But I just can't fucking take the hunger of being in a deficit for weeks on end anymore. Anyone tried short fasts (~2 days) with a daily protein shake or something?
How to get this physique?
