almost at two weeks cutting out energy drinks (I was drinking two to three monsters a day, down to one diet dr. pepper a day), two months of consistent training and calorie counting, and trying to cut myself off from taking zzzquil. I was taking a double dose every night after years of insomnia and going cold turkey is fucking me up big time on that one. My sleep is absolutely wrecked but I'm still feeling better than I have in years.
