I legit just bought an old Toy Biz 10" Apocalypse because I didn't have any Apocalypse yet, I wanted him to be big, I didn't want to pay the price increase for any of the older Legends, and because I didn't like the purple on the previous retro release. If they would have made this one all blue and like $60 cheaper I might have regretted that purchase but I'm honestly still happier using the old Toy Biz one.
