I don't think so, or at least it will have a double-meaning and there will be an actual treasure too. Oda has seemed self-aware before in interviews that readers are afraid that the One Piece will be something like "the friends we made along the way", and seemingly assured people that it will be an actual treasure.

On another note I also really don't want the All Blue to be created through the Red Line being destroyed. I've always said it should be an actual pre-existing place that exists, waiting to be discovered.
